Great place right off the stip. First time visiting. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend the potato skins, bison burger & fries and turkey bacon sandwich (the avalanche, I think) Great service, amazing food, cool building Update 4/6/24 We did come back, and it did not disappoint. Food was just as delicious! Customer service was great.

We stopped here on our first day into Gatlinburg. I’ll be honest I was hesitant because we were the only ones there but the food and service were both great. We had burgers, chicken tenders, pizza, and a sandwich. Everything we had was delicious. As someone from Louisiana we are usually disappointed when trying food out of state but everything was seasoned well. I highly recommend giving them a try.

My husband got the bison mushroom swiss burger and I got the swiss burger and both were great! Juicy and tasted great!!

I was sceptical of eating here but my wife thought it would be a nice place to try. I'm so glad we did. The burger was the best I had in Gatlinburg! To check in you write your name on a chalk board and they come get you. Very cool! We had a party of 6 at dinner time and as busy as the strip was this place was surprisingly not busy. We sat down almost immediately and the entire family found something to eat without complaining....a feat for us . The food was quick and the service was good. We would definitely go back and recommend it to others!!!!

After many years visiting Gatlinburg, this was the first time we ate here. The bison burger w/onion rings was absolutely the best bison we've had. Service was outstanding and the little extra touches meant they cared for our patronage. We will go back. Other dishes looked awesome so what to choose? Not sure yet but we will try them all. Will be a regular place to visit in our future visits.

My fiance and I came here about 2 years ago on a trip and knew we had to visit this place again when we came back to the mountains. Joe is such a fun and friendly guy and the food? DELICIOUS! 10/10 we will come here for a burger every trip we make here in the future! I got the “nature burger” or a mushroom Swiss and he got the “tram burger” which is like a bacon burger with tomato and onion. We really enjoyed ourselves and did the outdoor seating this time- weather was perfect for it! Again, THANKS JOE FOR EVERYTHING !

Unexpected gem on the Parkway! The bison burger and the chili dog was worth coming back for! The fries were thick, crisp and seasoned so well. The craft/draft drink selection was more than we expected. We will return!
